This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and credit adjustments work for ProductX subscriptions and credit-based video workflows.
You may cancel a paid subscription from your billing settings or by contacting support@productx.video. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. Your current billing period remains active until the end of the paid term unless otherwise required by law.
Paid subscriptions and credit purchases are generally final and non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by ProductX.
Unused credits are not redeemable for cash and are not automatically refunded when a subscription is canceled. Credits may expire according to the plan terms shown at checkout or in your account.
If a ProductX generation run fails because of a confirmed ProductX system error, we may retry the run at no additional credit cost or return the consumed credits to your account. User input issues, unsupported materials, policy violations, or third-party platform limits may not qualify for a credit refund.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and include the account email, charge date, and a short description of the issue. We will review the request and respond through our support channel.
