Pricing FAQs

Answers to the questions buyers usually ask before choosing a ProductX plan.

How do credits map to videos?

For pricing-page benchmarks, one default HQ Ad Video or Product Video run is treated as about 33 credits: 1 credit for storyboard planning and 32 credits for an 8-second 1080p HQ render. Shorter runs, lower resolutions, 4K, or different workflows can use different amounts.

What are the current workflow credit costs?

Current server-side pricing is: Ad Video and Product Video storyboard planning 1 credit; render 4s 720p/1080p 16, 4s 4K 24, 8s 720p/1080p 32, 8s 4K 48. Ad Clone analysis is 2 credits, storyboard is 2 credits, render is 32 credits for 720p or 1080p and 48 credits for 4K. For Ad Video or Product Video reruns that reuse an already verified storyboard, the storyboard credit can drop to 0 for that run.

Why do the plans say "about" 6, 15, or 30 videos?

Those numbers are planning benchmarks based on the default HQ 8-second 1080p path. Your exact capacity depends on the mix of workflow, duration, resolution, and how often you regenerate.

What is the difference between monthly and annual plans?

Monthly plans are better if your usage is still changing or you want the shortest commitment. Annual plans lower the effective price, charge once for the year, and release credits monthly instead of giving the full yearly pool on day one.

Do unused credits roll over?

The Free plan uses a one-time 10-credit welcome grant that is meant for validation and currently expires after 30 days. Monthly paid plan credits follow their billing period and are not meant to accumulate indefinitely. On annual plans, credits are still granted monthly, but those monthly installments can accrue across the active annual term instead of all being delivered upfront.

Which ProductX plan should I start with?

Start with Free if you want to validate the product and workflow using the one-time 10-credit welcome grant. Starter is the first paid plan for a single operator or small store. Choose Pro when you need recurring production, multiple campaigns, or a larger credit budget. Move to Enterprise when the top self-serve tier is still too small or your buying process is custom.

Can I change my Pro tier later?

Yes. Pro is designed as an adjustable ladder, so you can choose the credit tier that fits your current volume and move up when your usage grows. Monthly is the most flexible option if your demand is still changing, while annual makes more sense once volume is predictable.

What happens if a ProductX run fails for system reasons?

The current pricing policy is that system-caused failures should either be retried for free or refunded in credits, rather than leaving you charged for a failed internal execution.

When should I contact ProductX for Enterprise pricing?

Talk to ProductX for Enterprise if you need more volume than the self-serve ladder, invoice-based purchasing, custom commercial terms, or a plan for multiple brands, stores, or internal teams.
